Adding application reference ID to customizable reports

This release introduces the application reference ID (Application Ref ID) as an optional column in a wide range of customizable reports.

📝 Note: Application Ref ID is also referred to as product ref ID (for example in the product GraphQL APIs).

Problem statement

Customers rely on Application Ref ID to track and reference products across multiple systems—UI, APIs, and reports.

Previously, inconsistent availability of this identifier in customizable reports caused data fragmentation, requiring manual mapping between product IDs and slowing automation and reconciliation processes.

Solution

The update adds Application Ref ID as an optional column to all customizable reports, delivering:

• Consistent product identification across all reporting and integration points.
• Reliable cross-referencing between reports, UI, and API data.
• Improved data reconciliation and analysis through complete visibility of product identifiers.
